~ Line of sight is important ~
Check outdoor antenna to make sure it is pointing in correct direction and is undamaged from any recent windstorms and such.
Check with other subscribers in area and our website to make sure a service interruption has occurred.
Is the antenna signal boosted? if so, make sure it is working properly.
If above steps check out okay, then do a channel scan for the missing channel or channels.
If the missing channel or channels do not appear, then do a full channel
scan to see if they are picked up then.
If none of missing channel or channels are found, then unhook the coaxial cable from back of TV and do a full scan to clear out all channels.
Now reconnect the coaxial cable back on TV and do another full scan.
